One of our greatest sources of pride at Emanuel Synagogue is the Beit Midrash Emanuel. Catering to children from kindergarten to bar/bat mitzvah, our young, dynamic staff provide a comprehensive Jewish education in an environment which is fun and friendly. Beginning in kindergarten, we teach Hebrew language as well as prayer, reading and comprehension and a full program of Jewish studies. Through our curriculum we aim to create knowledgeable, committed Jews who have a love of their religion; its culture, people and traditions and are a dynamic, involved part of its future.  

Beit Midrash Emanuel is held on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 4:00pm -6:00pm. Students are divided into four classes: K-2, 3-4, 5 and 6.

In addition to our weekly curriculum, we offer a Family Education program once per term on a Sunday morning. This program promises to be fun and inspiring for the whole family and will enable us to bring both Tuesday and Thursday students together.
