Meet on Friday mornings during term time

My Play Space is Emanuel Synagogue’s playgroup: social networking for the under 4s! Every Friday during school terms we gather for children, parents and grandparents to play and enjoy time together in a relaxed and informal setting.

We have chosen to meet on a Friday so we can introduce a few of the Shabbat songs and rituals to the children.

When is My Play Space?
Every Friday morning during school terms from 9:30am to 11:30am

We have playspace from 9:30 am and invite all to come anytime from 9:30am. At around 10:45 we do the singing and dancing followed by the Shabbat blessings. Then we have a craft activity available for anyone who would like to stay to participate.

How much does My Play Space cost?
It is $5 per morning for non-members to cover a snack, materials and the space, members of the synagogue a gold coin donation.

First Friday of the month, 5:00pm - 6:00pm
Children aged 2–5

A short and very noisy prayer service tailored for young children. A story, craft activity and Kiddush follow the service. Parents and grandparents welcome.
